Winter Squash

Winter squash is a cool-season crop with a hard outer shell that stores well for extended periods. Available in varieties like butternut, acorn, and delicata, these nutrient-dense vegetables are rich in vitamins A and C, fiber, and potassium. The dense, sweet flesh works well roasted, pureed, or incorporated into soups, risottos, and baked goods. Ideal for wholesale orders requiring bulk quantities and reliable storage stability.

Each squash will be at least 4 lb in weight. If certain varieties have a smaller weight, we will deliver two with total weight 4 lb or higher.
